Graphic Designer — E-commerce
Are you a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion and digital design? We'd love to hear from you.
As a Graphic Designer at Amalia & Julie, you'll help shape our visual identity across our website, social channels, advertising and customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Create clean, engaging graphics for our website, including banners, product imagery and promotional content
- Design creative assets for social media, email campaigns and digital advertising
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate on campaign concepts and seasonal creative
- Ensure all designs align with the Amalia & Julie brand aesthetic and guidelines
- Support the continuous improvement of our online shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design
- Experience within e-commerce, retail or fashion is highly regarded
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or comparable design software
- A strong eye for typography, composition, colour and detail
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work

Customer Care & Sales — Online Fashion
Do you love fashion and enjoy helping customers feel confident about what they wear?
We're looking for a warm, customer-focused person to help deliver the friendly and personal experience we want every Amalia & Julie customer to receive.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer support via email and other online channels
- Assist customers with sizing, fit, product information and order enquiries
- Help customers feel confident when selecting the right products
- Support day-to-day customer care and order-related enquiries
- Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the brand
- Help create a positive shopping experience from purchase through to delivery
Requirements
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred
- Fashion or e-commerce experience is highly regarded
- Excellent written communication skills
- A friendly, patient and customer-first approach
- An interest in women's fashion and styling
- Confidence assisting customers with sizing and product questions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced online environment
